They’re not exactly the top-of-the-line , however , they do function well for being cheap and being under 200 that’s an . achievement Well , the HaiPad M703 is an improvement on the others of the HaiPad line . Not a big one but a pretty nice improvement . The 7-inch tablet is packing an 800 MHz AmLogic ARM Cortex A9 processor which is better than the ARM11 chips that powered earlier HaiPad models .
